My elderly mother-in-law needed to be moved from Salt Lake City to Atlanta. Executive Moving & Storage was sub-contracted by a lead-in site. Had we known this was the company, we would have looked them up... and said no. This move was a DISASTER from minute one. The movers showed up, and presented her with a bill to sign, which was nearly DOUBLE what we were quoted. The movers bullied her into signing it, under threat of leaving, if she did not. We had paid extra for the movers to help pack items (which was not much, since everything was mostly packed, and in a shed). The movers complained and griped that they aren't paid to pack her 's••t'... a word they used quite often to describe the items they were moving. And then the trouble really began... We were told the items would arrive in about 14 days (and have the papers saying that). When 14 days passed without any contact at all, we called and were told it's 21 days, not 14. When 21 days passed with no contact, we contacted again, and the extremely rude lady told us that they would let us know when it was going to arrive. This continued for nearly 5 MONTHS! During all those weeks, we were told a variety of things, such as that the items were in storage in AZ... that they were already in Atlanta and would be delivered soon, and my favorite..... they didn't know where the items were. Mix in a few rude blow-offs as well. Finally after nearly 5 months, and double the quoted cost, they set up a delivery. When the items arrived, there were MANY damaged or destroyed items... broken pictures with glass everywhere, broken chairs, and tables.... and many items missing. They also delivered items that did not belong to us. When we informed them of this, we were told that if they had our sticker, they are our items. Those items are still in our garage and they have refused to take them back, or find who they actually belong to. Overall, these guys get -700,000 stars, and should be avoided at all cost

Wish I could pick no stars. Missing 15 large uhaul boxes. Every piece of furniture was broken. Nothing can be fixed. Missing parts of almost every piece of furniture. Boxes were busted open and missing most of the content. Delivery driver threw my boxes off the truck. Brought 12 boxes that belonged to someone else. Every time he dropped a box he would tell me 'its was already broken so file a claim'. He went through the boxes that were not mine to see if he wanted anything. Company gave the driver all my personal credit card info. The acct number, expiration date and the security code on the back. I didn't pick this company Pernnial did even though they knew Exective had numerous complaints and lawsuits. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR STUFF AT ALL.

Damage exceeded moving cost been two years trying to resolve the disrespectful settlement offered to accept or get nothing. now just get run around to receive money on claim. If I could place negative stars I would. pictures are a sample there are many many more. Do Not Use This Company if you Want your prooerty handled with care

Unbelievable that this place is not shut down! Quoted me 1200. Charged me 6000. Took 3 months for my belongings to be delivered most of my items were destroyed or gone.

My contract was farmed out to this so-called company from Prestige Moving and Storage which I now see uses same address to the warehouse in Las Vegas. Konami threw all my household goods into a boxed truck on July 11, 2021 after showing up over a day later than they were supposed to. Then, I was contacted two days later saying that I far exceeded my allotted cubic feet and demanded a bunch more money from me. When I requested an itemized bill on the additional charges they claimed I owed them, the customer service rep who refused to give me her name became very angry and argumentative with me and ultimately hung up on me. They were to deliver my goods to my new address on July 24, 2021 and after many attempts to contact this company and the brokers. I have failed to be able to reach anyone. My household goods are somewhere, but I have no idea where and it is my understanding now that 5 of these company individuals were arrested on July 29, 2021 on multiple charges including interstate fraud. I have lost most everything I own and the worst part is the family heirlooms and photos that cannot be replaced ever. These people should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
