You damaged a lot of my furniture. Some examples of just our dining chairs in the photos, we have many more photos. Your team took time wrapping pens and coasters in 7 layers of paper to but then moved furniture unwrapped and exposed. You jammed our stuff into many trucks, ruining expensive furniture and yet we paid your company a LOT of money. We didn’t push down your price because you sold us quality..

Interstate move: Very professional company and easy to communicate with. Jose the driver was fabulous and the crews he had to load and unload were both outstanding! Everything arrived intact and within the time we were given.we had some large very heavy items and they handled them amazingly. I would recommend North American and specifically driver Jose.

I have used EMS multiple different times, and honestly cannot recommend their services enough! From Justin in the office, being beyond helpful and his team who comes out to the house. I have had the privilege of having Fernando & his crew move me a few times, and they really are the best. Every employee I have came across is beyond kind and courteous. They take such good care In packing everything as well as protecting all the furniture. Not too add how fast they are. As soon as they arrive they don’t stop! Fernando made sure to do an entire walk through of inventory to be packed upon arrival, as well as at the end to make sure nothing was missed. Truly can’t say enough but EMS. Thank you for everything, moving is brutal and With you guys it was so smooth!

Well, our belongings arrived at our new house. And for the most part, the moving staff were nice. But we had a few issues that were really discouraging. The team broke a tote and said it was that way when they found it. They broke handles off totes and said that was how they found them. Although I personally had packed those totes only hours before and they were not damaged. After re-assembling furniture at the destination, they left a box of miscellaneous hardware and after review we found it was nuts, bolts, and washers that they didn’t install on reassembled furniture! Now I have to go dissemble several pieces to find where they missed the hardware. We had two expensive children’s blankets from Pottery Barn that unfortunately were similar color and size as their moving blankets. Not a big deal that they accidentally grabbed them when cleaning up, but when the driver refused to look for them once we noticed before they left because he had already closed up his truck and wanted to leave. Lastly they left all plastic and paper wrap in our yard waste bin full to the brim. All this after I tipped them hundreds of dollars and bought them meals on both ends. I don’t know if this is typical of all moving companies, but it leaves me wanting to try a different mover next time.

Interstate move- The driver, Alberto and the two state teams were terrific: on time, efficient, polite, very careful with my possessions, quick and exactly what I hoped for in a moving crew. Would definitely recommend this company for any move!
