Bought some floorings, the flooring company hired XPO to deliver them, talked to XPO (San Jose location) about the delivery time, the lady was so rude, she sounded like she was the unhappiest person on earth and everybody owe her something because of it. So finally the delivery day, after unloaded everything, the driver smashed my neighbor's fences and my gate, the driver drove away as fast as he could. Good thing I caught everything on my backyard camera, called XPO, they told me there was nothing to worry about, they were going to take care of it that day. I trusted them and waited for 3 more days, not even a call from them, tried to call them again, no one answered any of my calls. What a dishonest company! Finally I had to call the flooring company to help me out, unlike XPO, the flooring company actually tried to help, I summited the evidence to them and still working on getting the damage recovered. Hopefully the company who is responsible for it can stand up and take the responsibility, it is not even that much money, you are putting shame on your name by doing this, XPO! Who would ever trust a dishonest company like you. People who wants to hire them, please be aware, if anything gets damaged during their delivery, don't expect they will take any responsibility.

Friendly employees at the terminal on O'Toole. I had to pick up my pallet since they were having challenges delivering it. Not 100% happy with the service, but not sure it would be better with a different company.

Had a hood for my car shipped from SoCal and expected it to take a few days (what with Covid and all), but they had it here overnight! Wow! The shipper had it leaning on a box and shrink-wrapped to a pallet–but XPO got it here undamaged. Vi in Customer Service and Eddie in Will Call were both great. **Also the best and most detailed tracking information I've ever seen!** Great experience, highly recommend 👍

XPO Logistics delivered 4 appliances last week. Kevin and Carlos could not have been more professional, kind, patient and took extra good care moving out my old appliances and installing my new ones. They made sure that everything worked properly before they left (and even caught that my refrigerator wasn't working properly ((which I wouldn't have known right away)) and fixed the problem. This is one of the best delivery experiences I have ever had in my life and I thank them very much!!!

I gave them a call cuz I needed help and front desk worker named AMY picked up she was not willing to help me she was just tossing responsibility to others saying that i was rude to her and hung up on me Best customer service! I appreciate that
