I hired this company Express Relocation for my move everything at the beginning was fine setting up the date letting them know what I was taking and how many boxes 📦 they email and texted me the confirmation and pricing was given. Which I signed and agreed to the price I had to send them $100.00 deposit which was fine. We just sold our home and had to be out by a certain date, The day before the move I received a call from Gina not a nice person letting me know that I was going to be charge more I told her I signed a contract with the amount and what I was taking, at this time i couldn’t look for another moving company since I had to be out the next day, turned out to be the movers came did the move I was advise these are professional movers and they are trained for this job, well the movers took a while to arrive at the new location once everything was taken down I call was made and apart from what the bill was I had to pay an extra $750.00 I was fuming 😡 called and spoke to Gina again she was rude and just hung up on her. Once I started unpacking the mover put lots of the boxes upside down boxes were just turned from how I had arranged them. Worst experience ever please be careful I know lots of people budget them self and an extra $750.00 was not in my plans. Check other companies!!!! These people charge by the hour I was given 6 hours and 15 min.

Hired these guys for a move two weeks ago. It was hard communicating with the movers, because they barely spoke English. When they got to the house to do the delivery, the driver ran over the neighbor’s grass damaging it. We had tried to warn him to not do that, but he didn’t understand because of the language barrier. The HOA is very strict about damaging the grass. I contacted Ryan with pictures to show him the damage. He said he would get back to me and never did. This company deserves 0 stars. Just like another reviewer posted regarding the price, it was tripled what they quoted me after the guys were done. Don’t get sucked in by the low price that they give you.

The office staff was very supportive, I was in constant communication with them before the pick up date. The pick up team was very friendly and professional. My belongings got on time from FL to NJ and same thing friendly and professional staff. Thank you Xpress
