They can’t get their lies straight. One minute they tell me they don’t have the merchandise but they say they are booking in advance but can’t deliver within the promised delivery window. Turns out they did have the merchandise. They booked me two weeks later….Then they call to reschedule for a week sooner (the week they say they were booked) bc they can’t stick to the date they gave me. I have a completely separate shipment coming, which can be miraculously delivered during the time frame they claimed was booked two weeks ago. Obviously they didn’t realize I am the same customer. Oh and they are still holding the rug that was canceled. They need to return that to article so I can get refunded.

This shipper brought furniture. They damaged my front door, tore the bottom of the sofa and left all the garbage in my front yard. They tried to fit the sofa through the door and we told them to go around to the sliding door because it was wider. The deliver guy stated that he wasn't gonna go around to no back door and shoved it through the front door scratching both sides of the door frame and the door. We called the company and they told us that the damage looked old. This is after we had sent them the invoice for the door saying it was just installed in July. They delivered in September. Dont use this company!!

This company delivered a shipment to our clinic on a Saturday afternoon when we are closed and was just going to leave it sit outside until Monday. Greg called and left a message on an answering machine that specifically says we are closed until Monday AND do not leave a message. Even after calling, they still felt it was "okay" to drop a shipment at our door knowing full well no one would be there until Monday. Fortunately I saw them on my RING doorbell unloading it. After arguing with them about no one being there until Monday, I finally was able to reach my maintenance man (who I had to pay time and a half to) and he and I had to drive to the clinic to get them out of the winter weather and into the building. How can a company pride themselves on delivery when they knowingly leave $4,000 worth of cabinets at a business that does not reopen until Monday? This is not good service, this is lazy drop service. These cabinets should have been held until Monday to be shipped, not brought and unloaded. The explanation I received was not helpful. They just said it was paid just to be dropped at our curb. When I called and spoke to Bob he said that their "non-stop delivery person" says that they are "to just to drop it whether someone was there or not". Let him know that it makes his company look bad. Bob said, "it doesn't make us look bad, we did everything we were told to do". Unfortunately, it does make his company look bad, as they knowingly delivered to a closed business AND it reflects badly on his company. In future, be careful if you order from Home Depot and use their delivery, your product may just be left at the door because this company does the bare minimum in delivery.

My daughter is overseas on a study abroad program in a VERY remote country. I wanted to ship her a care package. She told me that other parents have unsuccessfully tried this. Not knowing exactly who to turn to, I contacted the team at Express Save because they also help me with my business shipments. They knew exactly what to do, packaged everything and got the package on its way within a day. The entire team was a delight to deal with. A couple days later my neighbor told me that he needed to ship a large piece of expensive electronics. I referred him to John and his team. This was the message I just got from him: "Russ, the crate is on a pallet and shipped. Express Save has an excellent, knowledgeable and friendly crew. They guided me through the process, helped me carry the crate into the warehouse, and answered every question I had. THANK YOU again for the reference. 😄" HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This company knows what they are doing and service is outstanding!

The delivery driver gave me less than 5 minutes to meet him outside before he left. Management (Claude specifically) will make assumptions about how the customer is wrong before calling his drivers and investigating.
