The driver Ihor literally asked me to come out for vehicle drop off and pickup, based on his convenience since he either doesn't know how to drive his truck, or is too afraid of the roads! We even provided him proof that other trucker picked up our other car from the same address from the front of our house! He didn't even apologize for his incompetence! He should probably be driving a hatchback, not a truck! They want full money for half the services.

Extra Mile was contracted by a broker to haul my car. The broker handled my account so horribly that I thought my car was never going to get delivered. Well…Extra Mile went extra miles to help me out. Sheldon in customer service and the driver, Mykola, made sure I knew everything that was going on and when. They took what had been a horrible experience for me and made it work the way it should. They will be the only place I call to move a car in the future!! Highly recommend this company!!

I initially was going to go with another company because the initial quote was cheaper than the rest I had been receiving, going from Michigan to Southern Cali. After reading more Google and BBB reviews and also getting a quote $600 more than the original from my first company, I went back to the drawing board. The company that I found that connected me with Extra Mile Transport, Easy Auto Ship, was a no brainer. Excellent BBB score of A+ and also excellent reviews from real customers on Google. Within less than a DAY (after a couple weeks of back and forth with the initial company) they set me up with Adrian from Extra Mile Transport. He called me the morning of pick up and gave me a hour or so window of when he thought he would arrive and where to meet him later that day. Then he later called again to give me a 30 min heads up. I really appreciated the communication and updates and as a first time customer it was nice being informed! When he came to get my car Adrian was very professional, kind, and easy to talk to and answered many questions. He took lots of photos of the car and loaded it up. I was able to track it the whole 4.5 day journey to Cali from Michigan. When I realized at pick up that the car would beat me there and there would be no one to receive it, Adrian graciously and without any complaint agreed to work with the leasing office of my apartment to safely store the car and key inside of my garage for me with their assistance. This eased and immense amount of stress and I am forever grateful for his customer service and hospitality. I would recommend this company to ANYONE shipping their car. No red flags as a customer, absolutely no complaints! Thank you Adrian!

A great and reliable transport company! I used them a few months ago shipping my 2013 Honda accord from Florida to Los Angeles. I had a responsible driver his name was Andrew who picked up my honda in time and delivered it without any issues, I was impressed of their professionalism and keeping the communication with me all the time!! My family is gonna use them again transporting car from Detroit to LA. Totally recommend!!!
