Scheduled a pickup back in April received an email making sure that the address I put down was correct. Then you know plans change so I called and requested if I could change the pick up location and they were more than willing to change the location and sent me a new invoice. Day of they arrived early and were very kind and polite. The car I asked for was a large SUV because we are a family of 6. We also had several large luggages and personal belongings. Everyone fit comfortably.

Amazing driver but poor communication at the office. I booked a sedan and got a town car; causing all my luggage to have to be piled in with me in back. Then I proceeded to have to have a two week phone tag with the operator because they couldn’t get my payment right. Just really frustrating because the driver was a great and professional driver.

Excellent, convenient, and reliable service! I really have to thank RedTie for an outstanding service experience today. Very rarely do I utilize limo services, but today I needed last-minute help transporting my family members from out of town. The service was fast, flexible, and easy to coordinate, even after our plans changed, twice! Everything worked-out perfectly! Everyone is here. We're all happy.
