Samm Riar was professional and honest! I expressed my concerns with using this company due to the negative reviews but she had explained how those issues were handled. I appreciated her candor. On top of that, my car was shipped from the east coast to the west coast without any issues.

These guys are more responsive and communicate better than their competitors. I cancelled with another company because haven’t heard anything in about 7 days and I was 2 days into my 5-day pickup window. When I called Easy Auto Ship, Collin immediately helped me and within 2 hours, confirmed a next day pickup as I requested. I asked for details on the transport because I was shipping a corvette and I wanted an enclosed trailer. Within minutes, Collin sent photos of inside and outside of the truck. The hauler picked up my car and was very communicative along the way. He also dropped off my car 2 days early. Clearly it was a good transport company because he had nothing but exotics. Car arrived with no issues. I’ll do business again!

Please do NOT trust this company. Lindsay the Senior Account Manager handled my transaction. I paid extra to have the car arrive within the week. Should’ve known better but she was very convincing. They have come up with a different excuse every day as to why the car has not arrived. I still do not have it and don’t know when to expect it! Should have put an AirTag in the vehicle. They are now not responding to my request of a refund on the extra amount paid to have it arrive within the week. Please use another company!
