I have not used this service but charging $185- base price to take my mom in her wheelchair to an appointment is highway robbery. Plus $40 p/h to wait!!! Wow! This is so sad!

I hired EZ Trans on Jan 07, 2023 to pick up my father and drive him around to different locations for my mothers funeral service, and I was nervous at first, but Nora assured me that all will go well. NORA was absolutely wonderful and correct. Rouben was the driver, and what a delight to deal with. I give them 5 STARS for being polite, professional and prompt. I will hire them again without any questions. Hands down THE BEST service ever.

I did some Internet research and talked to a couple of companies before calling EZ. I'm really glad my instincts led me to this company. I arranged our transport with Carmela, with whom I sparked up a conversation and a relationship. The van arrived early which Carmela had promised. Edgar, the driver, was sweet, attentive, and efficient. I also developed a warm relationship with him and gave him a thank-you hug at the end of the journey. I loved the way my rider in the wheelchair was so securely hooked up and locked down. Gary even had a long seatbelt which stretched over him. I was truly grateful for that piece. This is a caring company with lovely people at the office and, if Edgar is any indication, wonderful drivers.

This is one of the best medical transportation company I ever used. The drivers always show up on time, very responsible and respectful. They transported my mom for 3 times, and she absolutely loves it. Cars are very clean and smooth, so the ride is very stress-free and comfortable. Will definitely guarantee to anyone who needs help with getting to anywhere

This company is amazing.as well as the staff. After being stranded twice by two other companies while on a special hospital visit to Cedar Sinai Hospital, I called Seda who went out of her way to help and got us the ride we needed as quickly as she could both times and Ruben came to our rescue and told us if we needed help again, we should call which we again had to do. Owill forever remain in our hearts and we thank God they were put in our path at a very hard time in our lives.ur experience with this company
