Was interested in buying a bmw from these guys, who had been hyping up how thoroughly their personal mechanic had fixed and inspected any issues. Immediately upon starting up the car smoke and oil fumes began pouring out from under the hood. I told them I was still interested in the car and if this issue was fixed and the sales guy assured me he’d have it fixed and ready next day and he’d give me a call. A few days later I still hadn’t heard from him and called to check up on its status, and he said it was taking longer than expected and would be another day or two. About 5 days later I still heard nothing so I went back down to the lot to see the car unmoved in the exact same spot. I get the mechanic may have been busy, but the salesman had strung me along for 2 weeks when I really needed a replacement car without giving me a single call or doing anything he said he would to fix the car. He also mentioned to me that he himself doesn’t own a car and just drives whatever car off the lot he feels like for the day as if it’s his personal car, so that was pretty concerning right off the bat. When I was at the lot the salesman was pushing hard for me to buy the car anyway even though it was pouring out smoke from under the hood and promised me the mechanic would take care of it after I purchased it. After I told him I wasn’t going to purchase it in this condition but would be interested after they fixed what they said they would, he completely ghosted me. Obviously never even made an attempt by the fact the car was still boxed in the same exact spot with grass growing up around it. Seems like these guys only care about customer service and putting in effort to sell you a car if you show up with cash in hand ready to buy a damaged car that the salespeople drive around as if they’re their own. Huge waste of time and terrible communication, avoid this place.
