I have been working with FMT Solutions since 2008 and have had a terrific experience. They fulfill on their promises and look for ways to help me be successful delivering quality education and strategies to course participants. They continuously update the education materials and make it easy to prepare for courses. I would recommend working with them and run at least three classes before assessing how well the process is working. When I first began teaching the courses, and even now, I had/have much to learn and improve.

I have had a good experience since 2009. If you have a teaching approach to financial planning this company could be a good fit. They provide the course presentation and attendee workbooks. They also handle the promotional mailing to potential attendees. They are good at filling the room -sometimes 30 people other times 10 or so. It’s relatively turnkey once you set things up. All you have to do is teach the class. If you take an educational approach ( not a sales approach) you will find folks very Interested in working with you. The partnership I have had with this company has made a high difference in my success for the past 11 years. As others have mentioned, stay with it for at least four classes.

I am a Financial Advisor and have been using the FMT platform for over a year. i have taught 6 classes and have had amazing results! The material we teach in class is spot on and covers everything my clients want to learn!

Too bad no option to award no stars.. Our experience was disappointing on almost every level and they did not deliver as they said they would be able to. When we asked for a refund the CEO John Shoaf was unwilling to accept any responsibility for the failure of his firm and unwilling to offer any refund. We spent over $13,000 (initial engagement and one seminar mailer combined) and they handled the mailing list (they said was mass affluent in our market area), the composition of the mailer, the mailing out of the pieces, and the course registration. They also said in the sales pitch that they could secure a great venue for us - which turned out to be a total lie. We found and secured a nice space in a community center totally on our own. Their results of getting qualified people to the seminar: 5 households, three of which appeared to be near to zero net worth. 0.05% "sit rate". No where near the 25 to 50 households that they said we should expect and that we booked space to accommodate. The whole experience was disappointing (and expensive) - the most disappointing was the lack of integrity shown by the firm and the CEO John Shoaf. June 5, 2020 Our original review was from over a year ago. Before writing that review we had multiple conversations with salespeople for the company. They discussed their willingness to reduce their future fees on one additional event. As I detailed above we had already spent a substantial amount of money and gotten no effective support in securing location, and no effective results and what appears to be creating attendees which was entirely FMTs solutions claimed forte and responsibility. For us to spend a substantial amount of additional money for another potentially failed event would've fallen something along the lines of: "Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me." Further, our confidence is not heightened because the representative from FMT solutions could not point to anything that they would do differently for the next seminar so as to likely bring in the target amount of participants. I am no less upset today than I was. This company scammed us and cheated us out of the substantial amount of money. I really don't care that they might've had some expenses. They simply didn't come anywhere close to doing what they said that they were going to do. As for follow up… I would simply offer that the response from the owner today to our original complaint over a year ago is representative of poor follow-up that we experienced when we were a client.

We have been with FMT since 2005. Their marketing system is very good and they are always striving to make it better and to make it responsive to the needs of their clients. Their support and service is excellent.
