Our Driver Paul was wonderful. We hired a party limo bus for 3 days for the Stagecoach festival for our group of friends. We stayed at an RV park about 35 minutes from the venue and Paul was on time every day to pick us up. He ran us back-and-forth as many times as we wanted to go back to the RV park and was always friendly and helpful. Even stopped at a taco truck for us on one of the late night trips back! The entire staff at FAA was very easy to deal with, communicated very well with us, and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for transportation.

I utilized faa for my rehearsal dinner transportation in Palm Springs. Communication was excellent with Christine . She answered emails quickly and setting up the entire transportation was so easy! The day of was fantastic. The driver arrived on time and was very kind. Highly recommend to anyone!

Wow! We hired FAA Limo Bus for our bachelorette party and wedding day limo bus transportation and both times it was absolutely excellent! Our driver, NAWAR , was such a cool guy and he drove smooth and truly made both experiences so memorable. The limo bus was super comfortable and all my bridal party really appreciated the upscale ambiance! It was such a good value for the price and a seamless experience overall. I highly recommend FAA for your transportation needs! IN San Diego and Palm springs area

We used this service for a ride to the airport. They communicated well with us via texts and emails. Driver was early and we were able to track his drive. Frans was very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend!⭐️

Literal FRAUD! Avoid! Used their black car service a couple months ago. Today they fraudulently charged the card I used. My original (and only legitimate) black service was charged as Order OI5Y on 4/9 and ride taken on 4/9 from Yucca Valley to Palm Springs Airport. Happy to supply to invoices and text messages from pick up. Regarding the theft, there were 5 transactions on the same card as used for the original trip on 6/18 - which were recorded to vendor www.faatransportation (the same vendor as the original ride.) Finally, I called the FAA Transportion and spoke with Frank (Frans?) who said he would call me back after looking into it. He did not call back and now my calls go straight to voicemail (I suspect I’ve been blocked.) The credit card company is investigating the unauthorized charges and a police report has been filed. Do not use FAA Transportation / Limo tours or other related companies unless you want to to be scammed. Have a look at the yelp reviews - I’m not the only person who had unauthorized charges recently!
