From start to finish, every detail of our move from a large home to an apartment, including a drop off of some furniture and exercise equipment to our son's home, was flawless. Had my piano moved today by Fairfax Transfer and Storage. The whole process has been very easy from the initial contact via their online service to the actual move today. I especially appreciated being given an update during my window of 10 AM to 1 PM. That little courtesy, of narrowing down the time, is something other companies should try! It makes for a very satisfied customer. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

After paying almost $900, I had to edit my review because since moving into my new home I was missing a few important household items (left at my previous apt pictured) most notably kitchen utensils, cutting mats, measuring cups, and baking tray(s). In addition, they only put together my bed (which is broken) and bar cart and left the tvs on the floor despite them being mounted previously.
