Stay far away from this company they are a scam. I was trying to transport my car from California to Ohio and when I first spoke with the guy he asked me when was a good day to for them to come a pick up the car I told him that Friday would be a better day because I would need a friend to assist cause I was in a different state. My friend told them that Friday would be a day for them cause plans were made the day for and I also told them around 9 am would be reasonable. so he told me that I could put down 200 dollars and pay the rest upfront to the driver. I agreed to it. So the man called me back the next day asking my do I still want my car picked up on Friday the day I told them to pick it up. He told me that the car could be picked up a day early but we were not able for the car to be picked up early So I told him to keep Friday. He begin to tell me if the driver has to pick the car up Friday the day I told them to pick the car up it would be an extra 200 dollars. I went back and forth with him for awhile cause it just didn’t make sense when I told you to pick it up on Friday and now saying that you can pick it a day early and if couldn’t they were going to charge me extra. After going back and forth with the man for 30 mins I told him fine cause I needed my car in Ohio right away so I told him a time that he could pick it up the man told me around 2-4 pm and I called my friends and see if that will work for them and they said yes. Two hours later the driver calls me as if he can pick it up the day that wanted to pick it up seeing if the price would drop but the driver told me no that he would be get the car in Ohio a day early. So they kept the high price told them to cancel the reservation and that I would take my business somewhere elsewhere don’t book with these people

If I could give minus stars to this sham of a company I would. Run, do not walk away from these charlatans, David Smith being one…my contact person. All was well until it came to the pickup date. David told me that the driver “was demanding an extra $150.00”. Since this was the day before pickup scheduled, I had no recourse as I was flying out the next day. No pickup happened on the contract day. No pickup until four days later which cost $500.00 more than original quote. Company does not have a BBB rating. Let me repeat…stay away from Falcon Auto Transport.

Wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT do business with this company! My husband and I booked and paid a deposit for our car to be shipped from Washington to California for a military relocation. We booked weeks ago for pick up on 5/5. On 5/5 the driver called and said he would not be able to pick up and would be here in the morning on 5/6. On 5/6 the driver called my husband and said he was in our areas but could not pick up the car because the delivery was canceled by the dispatcher. We spoke directly to the dispatcher and it was actually canceled by falcon auto. They promised us it was all in error and they would call us back and arrange pickup. On 5/7 after booking extra hotel days and receiving no response from falcon we called back and we’re told they couldn’t find a carrier on the weekend and we would have to wait until next week. This was the most unprofessional, unorganized car company we have ever dealt with. NEVER BOOK through this transport company.

I worked with a man named David at this company. He found a driver for me within bout 2-3 days after I contacted him and it was over the weekend (Super Bowl Sunday to be exact) David’s communication was thorough and appreciated but I wish the communication with the driver he found me was better. I wasn’t informed when at the exact moment that when my car was picked up (cause I left it parked and went to my destination as I was advised) I would’ve just liked and updated where and when of my vehicle instead they contacted me hours later to let me know they picked it up and it was en route and they would be charging me an extra $50 fee cause I filled it with bags (cause I was moving state to state) over all I WOULD BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!! My car arrived at the time they said it would and it was undamaged and nothing missing. Again, David was very patient and communicative with me.

Worst scam of my life!! Call this company to transport my vehicle from Texas to Florida. They asked me for $800 dollars, $150.00 as a down payment and told me that the rest would be paid in cash to the driver who would pick up my vehicle. The day the vehicle was picked up, no one showed up or even called, I contacted them and they told me that they were working on it, two days later they called me that they have a driver and that I would have to pay an additional $150 dollars to the driver, I asked him why if a month ago they had given me a price and it changed overnight, they told me that it is the driver's requirement, which I paid the driver, they have been calling me for 3 days charging me the $150 that I paid the driver. terrible service.
