AWFUL experience. Worst moving team I've ever witnessed. The two men damaged our BRAND NEW BUILD home walls, ceiling, and hardwood floors on the stairs. The office team refuses to take accountability for the damage to our home and furniture. Josh in customer service is condescending and mocked us for not selecting a higher insurance package - as if we should have know the "professional" movers we hired would damage our home this badly. This was not one mistake but MANY throughout the day. The team was clearly not trained and were careless. Terrible labor and even worse customer service! Would not wish this experience on anyone!

Ian and Max of Falcon Movers were incredibly kind, courteous, and professional. They wrapped and packed our furniture with care and everything arrived in perfect condition. They also thoughtfully helped us us to arrange our furniture in the new apartment. It was definitely the best moving experience we've ever had. Could not be happier with my experience. The guys were super professional, efficient, and great to be around. Moving is a stressful experience and they made it as enjoyable as it could be. I would 100% recommend using them for any move. I hope to never move again but if I do I’ll be calling Falcon Moving.

Marcus and Brian were great! They moved our things into a pod and then a week later came back to move our things back in the house while we had our floors refinished and both times they took great care with all of our furniture and belongings. I highly recommend Falcon Moving. The entire process was easy with email and text communication, confirming details, and booking. Five star service every step of the way!
