Monday Josh, Patrick & Luis came by all energetic to move me. They had stairs on both ends of the move and just ran up them for 6 hours!! There was one room that had so much nostalgia in it that Luis helped me decide what to throw out & what to pack. Very help full for 75 years of pictures & memorable. Patrick and Josh tag teamed organizing the rest! Great work & a lot of help. Second time I’ve used them and, as always, great. Thank you Falcon!

Amazing moving experience. Cannot speak highly enough of crew lead Demetrius and apprentice Brian. They were an incredible duo and 100% attentive,, professional, friendly, and extremely careful when moving our items. I assisted on a couple difficult items and they were very thankful and appreciative. Cannot recommend this company enough. Love that they offer extra services and free wardrobe boxes. Also love that the estimate was done via video call so there were no surprises. After the estimate you were able to adjust your inventory which was super handy. Will recommend Falcon to anyone planning a move. From beginning to end it was an awesome experience. Kudos to the office and field employees.

I wish I could leave a negative star. This is the worst moving company and move I've ever had. I had 95% of my items destroyed plus property damage. They did not plastic carpet or wear booties(new white carpet at new location); wrap vintage furniture(wood damage and scuffs); handle boxes marked fragile with care(smashed & damaged items); or anything else stated in the handouts or during the multiple walk through or assurances through email. It took over 2 years and filing a claim against them with the Illinois Commerce Commission and the threat of possibly court; in order to get them to honor the extra liability coverage I paid for them to handle my business and personal valuables. They will deny everything until the very last, take no culpability or responsibility and the owner has no ethics at all but is more concerned about how many bookings he can schedule in a day (how much money he can make) than about your items or honoring a contract. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! Go with a big name mover you will be so much better off than being ghosted by amateurs. UPDATE: Even though the owner responded to this review, they neglected to mention that this could have been avoided at the start had they actually lived up to what they presented during the original contract, presentation and multiple onsite visits and emails as well as the addition purchase of liability insurance. He also neglected to mention that this is still an on-going issue over damages (his claim that they compensated me more than the move is incorrect as they compensated me the amount I took out in additional insurance (I would have taken out more had I known). I would assume that some things have changed since they let go all of the managerial staff I worked with at the time, however the overall responsibility of a BRAND and it's reputation lies in the owner and comes from the top down to it's employees. That has not changed at all from what I can tell. The owner still has no ethics, admits no responsibility yet blames "outside issues, or complications" when this is not the case. It is a perfect example of why to go elsewhere for your moving needs.

After we listed our house, I got a post card from Falcon Moving . I googled them, read the reviews, then called for a quote. David came out, figured that we would need two trucks, six movers, and 9.5 hours, and the estimate was lower than others I had gotten previously. Christian C, Kristian V, Hunter, Daniel, Patric, and Josh were amazing. They arrived on time, did a quick walk through to get the lay of the land, and were off and running. I especially appreciated how thoughtful they were in deciding the best way to get the big furniture items, including a video game arcade, out of our house and into the new one. They took great care in wrapping our furniture and were positive all day, even though it was pretty hot and there were a ton on stairs, especially at the new house. The move was done in about 9 hours, including taking apart then reassembling the bed, two secionals, two recliners, a three piece reclining sofa, and a large dining table. I cannot recommend Falcon Moving enough.

Falcon Moving was the most efficient moving company I’ve ever had. I’ve moved 5 times in the past 10 years and they did the best job for the best value. Pricing was fair and easy. Gabriel was helpful following up with me every step of the way. Jordan and James were fantastic the day of my move. They were very friendly and fast and took the time to care for every piece of furniture and placed everything exactly were I wanted it! I will definitely use them again!
