I called them in April because my car wasn’t starting. They took almost 3 HOURS to drive over to my house. This is not the FIRST TIME that they have taken a long time to send a tow truck driver. They have done this 2 times before. In 2018, they weren’t this slow. It seems no other Towing Company in the South Bay is connected to AAA like they have a complete monopoly over the South Bay

Falcon Towing was absolutely great The customer service representative was on point The falcon Towing Truck was already on the property attending to a neighbor in my community so the The Falcon Representative informed me that the towing truck will be with me in minutes. Overall I was satisfied with the telephone communication and the the Falcon Representative who gave me a battery charge. Anytime I call Triple AAA I’m going to request Falcon. I was extremely satisfied with their service

Phenomenal! Requested a tow through Mercedes and No Limit Roadside picked up the request. They never should have as they had one truck, one driver, leaving me stranded for over 2 hours. Did a request through AAA and these guys picked me up in 45 minutes. Not only did they come quickly, they called to make sure the tire shop I was asking to be towed to would even have the tire in stock I need. Thanks for your help!

I needed a tow after debris on the 110 Expressway took out the bottom of my car and leaked all the oil out. The dispatcher at Falcon was great, making sure I got a flatbed tow. Valter arrived earlier than expected, got my car on the flatbed and delivered it to the dealership after hours. He went around the block to find a good place to leave it. Everyone with Falcon was knowledgeable, kind, and professional. In what was a frustrating and difficult circumstance, they made it better. Exceptional service by everyone involved.

So, we had to use Falcon Towing since they're contracted by AAA (as I'm sure a lot of others have AAA, as well) but this is just a warning to others. The driver who delivered my husband's truck on a flatbed didn't secure the truck. When he lifted the bed, the truck rolled off and slammed in to our garage door. 6 MONTHS LATER AND FALCON REFUSES TO FIX OUR DOOR. Every single time, I have had to call and get an update. Jerry, the manager, always had a reason why he never called me back. Brought out a garage door company. Jerry wanted to send his guy. His guy came out. Said our door needed to be replaced. All of a sudden, Jerry isn't taking my calls any more. According to the office, he's the General Manager and there isn't any one else to speak to. Funny since their website says "Our goal is for you to be totally satisfied!" and states it's a family-owned business. BEWARE! And watch their drivers like hawks. If they damage your property they will start avoiding calls and refuse to take responsibility. Use at your own risk!
