I worked for them as a company driver and owner op. With all the fees they take out, it's hard to make more than 2k a week as a company driver. But if you good with that and stick around for 3.5 to 4yrs. You will own the truck. As a owner operator, I have made as much as 4k a week some weeks but I average about $2800 to $3300 per week. The people, dispatchers are cool. The company could be better. It has its faults. I left because I was tired of driving way up there. It's lots of dead head driving. But I'll go back if I needed to... If you decide to work for them try to get Ben for your dispatcher... Ross Martin

This place is not only garbage to work for as a trucker, but they are just plain garbage. They've had multiple truck drivers that have been reported multiple time for using drugs while driving. Not only do they wait more than enough time to test the drivers, so they test clean, but they just don't care that their drivers are driving huge trucks while high as a kite. Some of them aren't using just weed. They are using heavy drugs. On the driver side of things, they treat them like dog crap and run their money into the ground so they barely make money. God forbid their broker (they like to call them dispatchers, but they are really brokers) doesn't like the driver they will play games with the loads and no give them any loads so all they end up stuck states away from home with no money and no gas to go home. There is so much more to this. I could go on and on about how no one should ever work for them. Go drive for Hirschbach cheaper lease and much better people to work for. There are a couple of good people at this company. Sadly, they do not deserve them.

2024.09.21....as I was driving today, a Flacon driver drove by me, and on the back of the trailer was a promo for them, it stated Owner Operators could make something like $360,000 to $400,000+ if I recall correctly???? What are the odds on that????!!!!.....

My husband worked here. DO NOT do it. They lie cheat and steal. Owner does nothing about it so hes in on it. Don't get runs that pay over 1000 dollars. Don't get paid most of the time work for free. Cost you money to work. Don't fall for their trap.

Don't do it. You make really good money for the first month, then it all goes to the owner's. $2,600.00 a WEEK to rent their truck. You are lucky to make a couple of hundred dollars. Have you dead head 400 miles to pick up a load. Want you out a month. Won't send you home. Dispatch, especially "T" lies about the loads you will get. Wants you working 24/7 365 days.
