After a series of 6 or 7 nasty falls that included breaking a shoulder in one and an ankle in another, my doctor recommended the Fall Stop Move Strong program to me. She said that everybody she recommended it to loved it (and as it turned out I did too!). In the very first class, I learned to walk with a more stable and balanced gait. Amazingly, I haven’t had a single fall in the 3 years since I started taking these exercise classes. I highly recommend this program for fall prevention as well as cardio workouts and strength building!

I have been doing the Fall Stop/Move Strong classes for 10 years 3 to 5 hours a week. My body is completely toned. My knees are no longer stiff and I no longer have pain in them. My balance is now excellent. I have exercised for about 60 years and Fall Stop is the best overall exercise program I have ever taken

Fall Stop Move Strong is great for building strength, improving balance, stretching and getting a cardio workout. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in working any or all of these fitness topics. Whether in person or virtual on Zoom, Celeste offers praise, encouragement and tips for continued improvement. Personally I am an enthusiastic participant who can see that there has been significant improvement and benefit during the time I have participated in Fall Stop Move Strong.

I started the Fall Stop program in 2011 before my hip replacement surgery. I was 69. I wanted to be in good condition before my surgery. My surgery went well and I was back to normal and exercising again in 6 weeks. I’m turning 80 in a few days and have not stopped the program. It covers all aspects of my physical needs…..strength training, cardio, balance improvement. My husband joined a few years after me when he finally retired. He has since had two knee replacements and was able to recover quickly because he was in good shape because of Fall Stop. We both continued the program on Zoom during Covid. Both of us feel the Fall Stop program has been a great benefit and look forward to many more years of exercise.
