We scheduled early, and from the very beginning, their service was exceptional. I called several times between then and the move, and each time, I was met with helpfulness, kindness, and answers. What a rare thing! Then, the move was incredibly smooth and easy. We had tracking for the move itself, and when it was all said and done, they were so efficient that we actually came in under the estimated price we were quoted. I can't say enough about how positive this experience was. Don't hesitate--go with them!

The three gentleman who came out to assist us with our move were absolutely amazing! They were very careful with all of our belongings and placed moving pads and wrap on everything that we requested! They worked very efficiently and did not charge us for the labor that was not used in our original quote! What a great experience start to finish! I’ve already recommended them the several of my friends and will absolutely use them again! Thank you Family Movers 615!

20/10! I can’t say enough good things about this company and the movers. They were punctual and even waited on me while I finished closing. It was 100 degrees outside and brutal but these guys worked their tail off getting everything on the truck. They protected our furniture, were polite, and worked harder than I’ve ever seen. Not one single item was broken or damaged. Not to mention their prices beat all competition and I quoted about 7 different companies. I highly recommend Family Movers and should I ever move again, this is the only company I will use. I also recommended them to a few realtors for their clients. Outstanding job guys! Thanks for making this move smoother than it would normally be!

I wanted to hire a local moving company to unload furniture from a truck I had rented for a state-to-state move. Found Family Movers 615 online, called and spoke with the owner Corey. He was very friendly and informative. I didn’t think I could afford to hire someone for the state-to-state move, based on quotes I had received, but Corey provided the necessary reassurances and a quote that was in my price range. I decided to let them do the move and I am so thankful I did! The entire experience was excellent. Booking the appointment was easy, Cole was communicative through the process, and the movers were great. Everything was truly as stated or better. The movers (Marcell and Elijah) did a fantastic job. They were considerate, respectful, very efficient, and obviously skilled at moving. They disassembled applicable items, took care to keep the necessary parts together, wrapped things very well to prevent damage, and handled all items with care. The truck was packed well, with all items secured, and everything arrived undamaged. Unloading and re-assembly was equally as impressive. I just can’t say enough good things about my experience or this company. If you are looking for an honest, reasonably priced company to do your move, then give them a call. You will not regret it and they truly deserve your business!

They make the moving process really easy! I packed everything myself and had it ready to go. The movers were on time and very polite. I regret that the office manager at my old apartments was rude to them. They were fast and efficient and handled everything with care for an interstate move. They made sure to ask where I’d like things placed once we got to my new apartment. I would definitely recommend these guys if you’re moving, whether it’s local or across a couple states! Thanks guys, I really appreciate everything you did!
