Can only say Meeting Noel and his professional handling of the issue goes beyond the max rating possible.He not only resolved the issue but waited some time to ensure I do not get problem with the car and panic again in the midway. He insured everything is right and then only left. Would love to see Noel’s like professional whenever I meet or interact anyone. Hats off to Noel !!

Used United Tow twice in two days for two different vehicles. Noel was great! Kept in touch to let us know his ETA, when he loaded our vehicles and when it was dropped off. Great customer service from Noel!!! This company is on my list to use moving forward!

If your insurance provider assigns this service provider, pls cancel and request someone else . They will keep lying that they are on their way and cancel . I waited 5 hrs where they kept telling they are on their way with a new ETA each time . Even if Allstate says another provider will take 3 hrs , the other provider would be honest and take that option. These guys are dishonest and keep you hanging.

I was frustrated at my car situation and called this place. The manager Jorge really helped me out. The dispatcher is super nice as well. A lot of haters on here y'all need to be nicer to them. Imagine talking to angry and frustrated people all day for a job.
