I have never used their service but this is the 2nd time I've watched them pull up to a facility and park sideways taking up TWO handicap spots IN FRONT OF A MEDICAL Facility. They should be ticketed for that causing people who actually need those spots to not use it all because he was too lazy to park in a normal parking spot and frankly too inconsiderate to understand what those spots are for. If you look at the photos, there were plenty on non-handicap spots right next to him that he could have just parked like a normal person.

Driver came about 10-15 minutes early and parks in front of my neighbors apartment just to wait until after 10:45am to call. Then when we get in the car he is listening to music of a sexual nature. I asked if we could change the music because my 9 year old was with us. He immediately says no; I ask “then can we turn it off altogether”. Then he engages in an argument with me about my tone of asking him. Saying things like “you can’t get in someone car telling them what to do; you have no home training, you got the right one”. I seriously fear Dewayne plans on coming to harm me and my family. He is even yelling at me while I was complaining to his employer. Completely unprofessional the whole time. Went over the white line to catch an exit he missed because he was arguing with me. Never wore his seatbelt, made a phone call to Dale Kuhn calling me a broad and lying about me starting with him. Also answered another call before that. Dewayne is clearly unfit to be having an interaction with people period. Tells me “I hope you don’t think I will lose my job over your delusions!” And this man knows where we live.
