Elvis, the driver tried to scam me. I’ve been working with a dispatch company, and they found this company to transport my 4runner to Atlanta. I told them upfront that I was not going to be in ATL until the 20th and to not deliver before then. The driver then told me he will be in ATL well before the 20th and that I could pay him upfront. I’m sorry, but that’s incredibly scammy. Any legitimate company is COD and not beforehand. When I confronted the driver, he said he is an independent contractor and doesn’t work in conjunction with the dispatch company. Had I not known that COD is a more secure way of doing things, I would’ve been scammed out of $600. Stay away from this company.

What a horrible experience. Damaged my car then refused to take responsibility. The entire transport process was a disaster. At pickup, the driver called at 7:00am and said would be there within the hour. At 10:00am still no show or call. It just got worse from there. At delivery, the driver called at 3:00am (yes, 3:00am) said he would be there in an hour. At 5:00am he called back and said he would be there in an hour... Total waste!!! When he drove the car up to my house the windshield wiper was in the front seat. The driver said it broke off when he turned on the wipers. They were frozen to the windshield and he tried to use them. He left without asking for us to inspect the car. When we did inspect the car there were scratches all over the hood. Apparently from the chains used to secure the car above ours. They refuse to take responsponsibility for the damage. DO NOT USE this company!
