This has to be one of the worst freight companies I have ever dealt with. I am located in Moses Lake and my shipment has been sitting in Spokane for 11 days. T-Force tells me they passed my freight off to Fastway so then I call Fastway and they tell me my freight is on hold because of billing issues between them and T-Force so it's my understanding the customer has to suffer because the 2 freight companies can't get it together. Mind you this is research grade helium worth thousands we're waiting for. You want quality service use XPO or SAIA. UPDATE - My freight has yet to still arrive

I have never heard of a company that keeps asking people for money after you sent them the amount the originally requested for shipping. Not to mention that they told me my shipping is in my state but not in my state and it’s around the corner from me but not around the corner. It’s sad how they just wouldn’t make my delivery as promised but it’s all a scam. And I’m out a thousand dollars. So don’t trust this company.

I bought an 85” Tv through Walmart and was having it delivered for a reason. My order sat in one place for 3 days and didn’t have any updates on the tracking. Then I noticed I was the one who had to call to “set” up a delivery day in order to get my order. It said this package needed to be signed for. When I was buying the TV I had special instructions to have it delivered inside my home. My mom would be home but I noted that she isn’t able to help move it because she is disabled. She just had a total shoulder replacement. When the delivery driver arrived there was only 1 person to move the 85” TV all on his own. He told my mom he was going to just leave it outside in the cold. She said that we needed it in the house. He ended up making my disabled mom help him pick up the 98 pound package and move it up steps to get it inside the home. I wasn’t able to help because I was at work. Fast Way Fright needs to pair 2 people up when making deliveries like this. I’m not impressed with how they expected a customer no less than a disabled person help them move a big heavy package like this. I’m not happy with them at all.

According to the tracking number I was provided by shipper it took three days for my freight to cross the country by a different Carrier . It was then passed off to “ Fast Way” where it sat on their docs less than an hour and a half from me for 8 days. After three days watching the tracking not move I spoke with a company representative that said it would be delivered the next day. It was not. Over the next five days I left four messages and MANY calls that just resulted in a busy single. They would not return my calls. Once I finally got delivery in late morning of the eighth full 24 hour day of the freight being in their possession the driver was very cordial and very professional. He just delivers what he is told when he is told. I know this. I was a professional truck driver for 37 years, ten of which I was an owner/operator. I have never seen such unresponsive management and lack of care of timely delivery. I would never use this company “Fast Way” if I had a choice.
