I want to thank CFR, especially Lawrence. We shipped our SUV from the US to Italy and Lawrence and Mr. Ramirez made our experience smooth and we felt that we were in safe hands. We never shipped overseas and this was our first time, we even filled our suv with personal things, including a 55 inch Sony TV. It all arrived in perfect condition. CFR Italian contact Massimiliano was just amazing!!! He guided us with all the paperwork needed, and met us at the port for pick up. Was incredibly nice and helpful. The whole team was so responsive, they responded quickly, with incredible knowledge to all of our questions, and boy did we have questions :) all answered with pleasure. The cost, no surprises, everything was set and clear to the price quoted. For a private container and the distance, I would say it price is more than fair. The timeline, which was perfect for us!!!! It took about 6 weeks from handing the car to the warehouse to when we picked it up the car at the port. We were able to track the ship and once it was on the ship it only took about 3 weeks. The other 3 weeks it was the car sitting at the warehouse waiting for the ship to arrive and pick it up. Once it arrived needs a few days to go through customs and such. We are beyond thankful!!!
