I’d stay clear of this establishment. They’re extremely rude and I think their business tactics are questionable. I went twice to return a package, they charged me 1 dollar for tapping the return slip on to the package the first time which was a first for me since most places give you tape for free. I went a second time to return a similar package and they charged me 7 dollars as a fee. I don’t know what exactly the fee was for since it was a free return and when I asked he said it was for a service fee and TIP . I said I didn’t want to tip “since I felt lied to” and he said I could just give him 4 dollars and he would process it. I payed for it, I will never go there again. I felt scammed !!!

Terrible service. I never review, but the Indian guy at the front is so far out of line that I had to. He gets upset if you ask questions, gives you attitude, YELLS at you, acts like you’re bothering him, and (from the prices he’s shoddily taped up on the wall) upcharges everything. From the other reviews, it seems this charming gentleman is the owner of the business. I refuse to support people like this, so I walked out the door and took my business elsewhere. I advise you do the same.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff that works there steal packages. Story time... I had my wife take a package containing a phone for a trade-in, and she came to this place due to being a FedEx Authorized ShipCenter. A couple of days later, I found out that the package was never scanned or given to the FedEx carrier. I stopped by to talk to the same Indian guy who took our package, and he stated that he could not do anything about the situation since he or his business is not responsible for lost packages dropped off there. FedEx could not help since the package was never scanned. Due to this, I had to pay the $600 for the lost phone. If you value your items and want to avoid frustration, DO NOT BRING ANY PACKAGES WITH VALUABLE ITEMS (or any packages for that matter) TO THIS FEDEX "AUTHORIZE" SHIPCENTER. You WILL be at risk. They WILL take your package but will not give it to the carriers.

If it was possible to give this place 0 stars I would. Would not recommend this place. Employees are rude and very unhelpful. Just head to the FedEx on the Alameda if you need to ship something. Don’t waste your time here.

The staff was super helpful and nice. I had to overnight a package last minute and was super stressed about it getting there on time, but they made sure it got out. It delivered on time, and the staff called my number to tell me it got delivered, on top of the tracking number I got. I didn't have to worry about this, since my shipping was pretty pricey, but if you spend less than $5 you can't use a credit card, so make sure you have cash if you're sending something small.
