Helpful & friendly staff. . One of the best LTL options. During peak hours, it may take patience to get to a live customer service representative and resolve "non-standard" issues.

Wasted my time. Complicated freight shipping requirements, no receiving facilities, waiting area etc ( left us sitting in a hot truck in the sun ), quoted price was twice that quoted by JDM Packing and shipping on Bird. Don't waste your time here.

These guys were helpful over the phone. True to their description, they ONLY HANDLE LTL shipments. If you are after Express Freight/Air, aka, heavyweight (i.e., over 150 pounds) try the 335 Brokaw Rd. location, on the south side of SJC near Costco. (the 1709 Junction Ct location that the 1-800-gofedex people keep giving out seems to be bogus/old/inaccurate)

This location does not accept packages. Even if your package already has complete pre printed labels on them they will not take them. This location is for shipping large items only, referred to as less than truckload LTTL.
