I have not had a good experience with this company. They delivered my furniture in June of 2024, and I have been calling them almost weekly because my door was broken during the delivery. I have yet to recieve a call back from the general manager, and I spoke to someone on Thursday who stated that I would get a call back by Friday. Today is Monday August 12, 2024 and I still have yet to get a return call, and the other person is not answering my calls either. I am hoping that this review will get me somewhere on this matter.

We received a call just to schedule our delivery last week. I have left 4 Voicemails and have called at least 15x. No one has answered the phone or returned my multiple voicemail. Home Depot and American Woodmark need to find another local delivery service!

Been waiting over a month for my IKEA cabinet to arrive. Three times there have been set dates for delivery and twice they cancelled on me without letting me know why. They won't say anything about why a delivery didn't come through for a selected day and they pick up the phone to answer questions about the delivery. The other time they brought the truck out to my apartment but it didn't have the delivery on board. Terrible delivery service and extremely unorganized

We were supposed to have a delivery and then bad weather moved in. We completely understood that they could not make the delivery that day. What was not understood was the lack of communication that day or the next. I had to reach out find out when they would come this week and was informed we were pushed out another week. I explained that no one would be home that day due to work. Absolutely no care. We have spent 1000s of dollars and they are the ones who deliver and have reaped the reward. They did not reschedule properly. They should have rescheduled everyone that was due on Monday to the same week and pushed everyone out a day or 2. I simply wanted the product delivered this week. I won’t be surprised if they push us out again especially since we are due for more weather over the weekend.

Lady was rude! She was supposed to schedule my delivery for Saturday and she keeps choosing Thursday although there’s no one on Thursdays there. No wonder they have 2.6 stars. Home Depot shouldn’t be working at all with this company, what a disgrace
