I came here to return a package and I had already the shipping label, the only thing they have to do is to scan the QR code I was providing and they didn’t want to because they told that they didn’t do copies anymore. So, I explained them that I didn’t need a copy. I was just dropping a package with a prepaid label and they just need to scan the code in order for them to get the label and receive the package. So, they just told me “no, we don’t do that” 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
