Booked a load with Brook, and when she was supposed to send me RC, she was hiding. Her manager answered and he said: the load is covered, I covered it because she didn't tell that she has someone. She was acting like she is not present at his work.Just wasting time to people.A very unorganized and unprofessional broker. They dont know what they doibg there! Dont use them, so you are not going to waste your time!
