We worked with Louis and Ernesto on one of the load last week. It was an amazing experience. Starting from the beginning till the end , our driver was running late for delivery and both Louis and Ernesto managed to escalated the situation with the receiver and got our truck unloaded same day.

Booked a load with Brook, and when she was supposed to send me RC, she was hiding. Her manager answered and he said: the load is covered, I covered it because she didn't tell that she has someone. She was acting like she is not present at his work.Just wasting time to people.A very unorganized and unprofessional broker. They dont know what they doibg there! Dont use them, so you are not going to waste your time!
