They have unprofessional drivers. Our latest encounter with them was 1 driver parked their 18 wheeler in the front of BestBuy, taking up about 30 spaces. When we tried to call, no one would answer.

Great company. Started with them when they barely had trucks. They're not perfect but they've improved by leaps and bounds. Contract is easy to understand and rate sheets given and updated as the oilfield changes. They have OTR available also. You pick the loads, so you pick the rate. If you don't know how to run your own business, go back to Swift or one of the other big carriers where they hold your hand. One of the best partners you can have operating your own business.

Not my cup of tea. Dispatch is over text and app. Can't talk to someone easily, when I did get someone to answer the phone I didn't get answers to the questions I had. Don't recommend if you are a small town person who likes personal relationship with the people you are leased to.

Beware O/O-FILAMAR gives no offer in writing, to be taken under full consideration by the O/O. This is against the Uniform Commercial Code!! All offers must be in writing before consent or consideration can be given. No good. Not how business is conducted.
