Do not let these people install your appliances. The crew was about to disconnect the gas line from my old stove before turning off the gas. I caught it on time before they totally disconnected the line. They are not trained or qualified to do ANY installation of any sort. They did come on time and they were hard working but that’s about it.

Samsung White Glove delivery means delivery to room of choice, unboxing and assembly of Tv. They only delivered it to to the room of choice but said they couldn't open the box for liability purposes. They knew they had to provide white glove delivery but didnt do it. Now im gonna take my complain directly to Samsung. Very frustrating experience.

I can’t believe that Costco partners with the worthless company. Avoid them at all costs. My washer and dryer delivery has been delayed twice. There was no communication either time until I called Costco.

I bought a washer dryer set from Samsung and RXO was supposed to install it. * First time they came and delivered the washer/dryer but said that they cannot install it as the power was out and I need to call them back once power is restored * Once power was back, I called them to schedule another appointment. They said that they will call me back to schedule an appointment. They never did! after 3 times calling them and no success, I had to reach out to Samsung and with their escalation finally they scheduled the installation appointment * when they came for installation, they said that the other guy (who delivered it in the first place) left a wrong cable! anyway we could find a correct cable and install it. * Once they left, I realized that they install the set incorrectly: they used washer regular legs instead of rubber pads (which came in the stackable set) and now there is a 1 inch gap between washer and dryer! * Sent them an email with pictures, and they said that they will get back to me: guess what? they never did Very unprofessional. I am contacting Samsung again to see if they can fix the problem!

This company just lies when they miss their delivery window and you call to ask about it. First its coming in an hour, two hours later its coming right now, then 30 minutes later its not coming and they'll call you tomorrow. Then tomorrow they tell you there was an emergency and they'll call you in 3 days to reschedule. Now we're 5 days late without even knowing when it's coming. But we aren't their customer and they don't care. Only the ordering business has any leverage over them.
