I had a very good experience with these movers. I had a small move (about 12 boxes and two small pieces of furniture, a side table and console table). Please remember that when you have a small move, most companies have to charge a minimum price. What was great: 1. I worked with Lou who was incredibly patient and very knowledgeable and kind. He answered all of my questions, followed up in a timely manner, and overall provided excellent customer service. 2. The movers arrived exactly when they said that they would. They were professional and very quick to load the truck. They very kindly blanket wrapped my side table and my console table, as well as double taped my boxes for extra security. Both pieces arrived without a scratch. 3. The team that my delivered my items-they were both professional and kind as well. They called early in the day to let me know around what time they would be arriving and they called me about 10 minutes before they arrived to give me a heads up that they were almost there. They unloaded my items quickly and brought them into my condo. 4. The overall time that passed from pickup to drop off was four days! My items were picked up in New York on Saturday and delivered to my condo in Alabama on Tuesday afternoon. 5. None of my items were damaged or missing. 6. The estimate that they gave me was exactly what I paid. They didn't try to add on any extra fees or charges at the last minute. The only reason that I did not give them five stars was because I was told on several occasions that I could pay for the entire move with my credit card and that was not the case. I did have to pay with Zelle when they delivered my items and I had to pay before they unloaded the truck. I had even asked about this when I got the initial quote because it did say that Cash/Zelle was the form of payment at delivery and I was assured that a card would be fine. I would recommend this company and I would use them again. Definitely ask for Lou when booking.

They moved me from the Bronx to Florida Everything thing was carefully wrapped and protected. The crew was on time, professional, and courteous. My delivery date was on time and they even set up beds . Moving is so stressful and they helped make it stress-free! I'd definitely use them again.

It was a difficult move from New York to Florida and these guys made sure that all I belongings was stored safely. From packing to delivery they were on top and stayed in constant communication.If I could give them a 10 I would.

My realtor recommended this company so I trusted them to move me from NY to Fl. What a disaster They attempted to deliver my stuff during a hurricane ( Ian) After that was not possible they had my stuff in storage for 5. 1/2 weeks When I received my stuff 3 TVs 2 fire sticks and several boxes were just missing and they had no info because they out source the second half of the move. This company is horrible
