It's taken me a while to get to this review but I wanted to make sure that I gave Bobby the accolades he deserves when it comes to Finest Transportation. I initially reached out to him about transportation for a surprise 50th birthday party for my husband. Initially we were going to have two different vehicles for my husband and I and then another for friends that would be going to the surprise after gathering. Bobby was amazing in getting everything booked for me and when plans changed he was great in downsizing flawlessly for us into one big vehicle for everyone. After talking about details of the party Bobby even came up with a great idea to involve a very good friend of my husband's that he hadn't seen in years with the initial surprise. He took care of contacting the friend and setting everything and it was absolutely amazing and perfect on the day of. Bobby actually took it upon himself to be our driver for the day and so thankful he did because everyone loved him. Even when the after gathering extended beyond our rental time (you try rounding up military buddies who haven't seen each other in a long time and have been drinking old fashions for half the evening lol), he accommodated and made sure everyone got back to their destinations safely, and then taking us back home and working out the invoicing as we went for the extra time. Bobby was great at keeping the birthday guy company as I slept on the way back having had thrown two milestone parties in two days and I was exhausted. They talked about all kinds of things as I got a little nap in on the way home lol. I would definitely book with Bobby again and am actually thinking about possible wine tour for my birthday with Finest. You are in great hands when working with Finest Transportation.

I highly recommend Finest transportation! I relocated to Charlotte days before my wedding. Bobby mapped out the routes from the beach to our reception and made me feel very comfortable, using finest transportation. Our driver was prompt, courteous, professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He made us feel so special. The cars are clean, spacious and comfortable. My experience with this company was exceptional. We were delayed by almost 12 hours but Bob, the owner, picked us up himself to insure we were not stranded. Our flight arrived after midnight but he was there to make us feel safe as our party was all ladies in a strange city. My experience started with the owner Bobby. I had no idea what I needed but Bobby helped me figure out the best package for my son’s prom. On the day of the event, he arrived early and reassured the entire group that our kids were in great hands. My son and his friends told me that they had more fun in the limo than at their actual prom. The limo arrived back at the drop off area a little early and he even let them stay in the limo until the very last minute of our scheduled time. We will 1000% use them again in the future.
