This place and places like it are what have made Springfield a great city to live in. They have been in business for over 100 years and is the models for small businesses. Cherie who took over the family business when her dad retired is doing a great job and you can tell that her employees are her number one concern. She know without great employees no company can last that long.

Three amigos showed up to move my heavy furniture and they did a great job. Andrew, Lamont, and Joe were polite and professional. They were careful packing my high-end furniture and the move into storage was stress free. I will definitely use Finkbiner again. Thank you Ed and amigos 😊

I can't even begin to say how great Finkbiner was during my move. They were there on time and the move went very smoothly. Jake, Dakota, Cheri and Kevin were amazing! It was so hot outside and they never complained. I appreciated how they handled my stuff even though my packing job was not very good. 🙂 It was a very emotional day for me moving away from my neighbor's that I have been around to 18 years. I would recommend Finkbiner to anyone that is getting ready to move.

The Drivers showed up on time it was a very easy move. We were moving from a storage unit NOT full 20X30 it should have only been about a 4 to 6 hr move and including unloading at our house. It took 9hrs and cost us about $200.00 more than it should have been. My wife and I had 2 guys load our truck in California, this was much harder than this one and we unloaded it with 1 guy and the 2 of us all together it took us only 6.5 hrs. In addition, we were quoted about 6hrs. I watch them work they were super slow. My wife and I are truck drivers with over 40 years of experience I know what it takes to load and unload, The reason we haired them is we can not to afford of being hurt.

Having a serta mattress delivered with them, haven't gotten the mattress yet. I called to talk to them about the delivery date and they had already set a date for delivery without talking to me first, I have to work the day they want to deliver it. They said that if I don't do the day they scheduled me for, I won't get it delivered for 3 weeks. I have to change my work schedule for them, that doesn't make any sense! I'm giving them 2 stars right now, I might change it to 1 star after I get this delivered! By the time they are done it might be no stars!
