Simply outstanding communication throughout the process. Fair prices. The entire staff was very professional and helpful. The packing crew was very professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. The crew listened to our concerns and acted accordingly. In today's business world, it is very refreshing to find a staff that actually thinks and communicates and is considerate of the customer. This is an additional concern following yesterday’s packing day. Again the moving staff was friendly and professional and prompt. But there were a couple of issues. One night stand corner was broken. Secondly, during payment I asked if I could bring a check to the office. I had to travel to my new home to allow the crew in and forgot the checkbook. The office manager said no. I had to pay when job was complete. Indeed I said but I can bring the check to your office in an hour. Nope. So I paid by credit card and was billed an extra 1.5 %. Just a few bucks I know, but he did not take my word that I would pay up . BTW - I also told him his crew left tools and blankets at my new residence and come them up. So folks - if you use them, have your checks handy. But I will not use them again.

The team who sets up the reservations were great to work with, explained all their services and processed clearly and worked with us on our needs and pricing. The team that arrived to move us showed up right on time, they were professional and friendly. They worked fast and took great care of our furniture.
