Obviously being a tow truck driver you have unfortunate interactions with people all day, and it can be taxing, but this man is a completely different story. If you so much as make iContact with him, he goes off. He’s looking for a fight. He’s very pugnacious. At least five times I’ve seen him escalate a conversation far more than it needed to be when people were merely just trying to figure out what was going on. The best interaction I’ve had with him so far was I was watching him tow a car from my window, just curiously watching, and he saw me and threw a stick at my window.

I’ve never worked with a company so unprofessional and disrespectful. My friend was told that she had to pay $375 plus tax to retrieve her car. When we got to the location “George” told us we had to pay an extra $100 due to her car being an AWD. My friend informed George that she was not quoted that price over the phone and George responded “who ever told you must of been on crack” I asked George to see the companies’ policy, standard practice of work, or price policy. George said no. He handed me a yellow sticky note with numbers written on it and stated “that’s the policy” I then asked “can you show me where you got these numbers from.” He said no. I then asked George if he can just confirm with the origin person who quoted my friend and George proceeded to call Jacob. Jacob first hesitated to speak with us, I’m pretty confident this isn’t the original guy. When Jacob finally agreed to speak with us, Jacob stated that he did not have to give us a policy, price chart, or statement of standard practice of work. I then questioned why would firehouse towing legally not have a policy, for legal reasons alone and that’s when Jacob became verbally aggressive yelling, through George’s phone, suggesting we sue them.I’m guessing this company does a lot of unlawful things. Owner is extremely rude and racist. He has someone else in the field to do the dirty work so he feels like he can talk to people any kind of way with disregard. I was called a b word. I was told f me and I can pick up my car in the morning. They took an hour to arrive where I was to pick up my vehicle. The driver has me sit an additional 20 minutes and when I go to find him I'm told I am trespassing and the cops were called. Sad that I had to go through all this to retrieve my vehicle which was illegally towed. The driver had been trying to tow my car the whole year. The owner also stated he could drop the account and I could never see my car again so much for customer service. The owner definitely needs a reality check. I see why you don't work in the field you probably would lose some teeth. Only reason he got one star is so I could post this I'm sure I'm not the only one he has done this to that's probably why they had to move the location bad business. You have to be under the reviews to defend yourself everything I said was true. My sticker was in the window. Stop discriminating against people karma will find you. The police handled it properly your driver was on the premises but didn't want to release my car because you were mad. Remember when you said f you b you can get your car in the morning. I'm sure you don't. You unlawfully towed my car a year ago and had to return my money. You need to learn respect for others. Only people who know they are wrong will try to defend a review. I was trespassed because you are racist and you tried to have me arrested but it didn't work. You the only one who didn't get what you wanted all I wanted was my property. If they tow your car be prepared sure he's done worse.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, owner is unprofessional and rude, operators are very inexperienced when it comes to towing vehicles, cause damage from improperly towing and not willing to provide any assistance or reimbursement for damages caused. Very unprofessional, unsafe drivers, fly by night. BUSINESSES SHOULD STAY CLEAR of affiliating themselves with this company.
