DO NOT TAKE ANY LOADS from this scammers!!!! They will do and say everything u need to hear until you pick up their load and if u have any problems afterwards they won’t respond on their phones or emails. I waited for 8 hrs at shipper and he refused to pay any detention with the explanation that he also had 5 other trucks at the same facility and none of them got detention… the broker/manager name was GREG CORDLE! My delivery was for 5:30 am and they return 2 pallets because the product was not good ! Immediately after i got rejected pallets i call the broker and notified them about the situation. It ONLY took them ( 5:30 am app time until 2 pm ) total of 8 hours and 30 minutes to find me another facility to deliver. Meanwhile i text , emailed and call him multiple times but he won’t even answer to any of them. After he find me a new place to deliver the damaged pallets he basically told me that he will pay me $400 for ( extra 100 miles,extra delivery and 8 1/2 hrs waiting time for him to solve this problem with the receiver . So because of his “professionalism” and his “ability” to solve his problems efficiently i lost load for 4000$ !!! “Thanks” Greg for the extra 400$ I really do appreciate it. AVOID THIS BROKERAGE OR U WILL EXPERIENCE SIMILAR RESULTS FOR SURE !!
