If I could give them ZERO stars i would. Customers, BEWARE. I have filed a complaint with the authorities and respective institutions. Please read the reviews also posted on the BBB website. Their alleged GM, who goes by Doug (and will refuse to disclose his last name) is verbally abusive, and uses tactics of threats to court to intimidate and coerce customers. He likes to cite federal websites and goes as far as claiming he is a federal bona fide agent with the FMCSA (in simple terms, he is merely an employee or contractor of a motor carrier). He has rehearsed his script so much and manipulates verbiage to the point that you may feel cornered if you don't know any better. In the name of justice, I am taking all the necessary steps to ensure he is held accountable for all of his past and current actions. This review is simply an attempt to warn you and spare you of the headache and financial loss.
