First class moving systems, Inc. are fabulous. My new House closing got delayed and my movers were unavailable. My realtor put me in touch with Chris and Phil at first class and they were able to step in and set up a new date within an hour. I would highly recommend these guys. They are very professional, efficient and easy to work with!

Really wish I would have read some of these reviews before choosing this company for our move. We have moved long distances 5 times and this is the worst move we have ever had. First, the estimate was for a full pack. In order to save money, he told me to pack as much as I could. So we packed probably half of our house. Yet, when the movers were done packing they said they used the same amount of boxes as the full pack estimate. A week and a half after our move, the moving coordinator cannot answer why there would be such a wide discrepancy. We should be receiving a refund because we packed so much. Next, the packers were awful. We don’t know where things are located, we are missing a wallet full of $500 even though they’re not supposed to pack money but did anyway, MANY items are broken including our peloton bike, frames, and furniture, and most of my white furniture is dirty and now needs to be professionally cleaned. Then, when they put furniture back together, it was put back together half way. The headboard of a bed is literally laying on the wall. A bookshelf was halfway put together and broken. I had to make them put together a China cabinet as they were going to leave without doing it. I asked for a phone call to discuss all of these issues but never received one. Just an email telling me to make a claim and file a police report for the missing $500. We are in college athletics and have to move a lot. We know how things should be handled. We know how things should be packed and labeled. We also know many people who also have to move a lot. We will make sure to tell everyone we know to AVOID THIS COMPANY because nothing was done the right way!!

Roberto, Wally and Alex came out. And we were laughing having a good time and they finished faster than any other company I’ve moved with. Nothing was broken, they reassembled everything and taught me a bunch of great things I will be sure to take forward with me! Thank you guys!

Jose, Kevin and Alex came to our storage unit right on time. They were very courteous and extremely careful. They loaded our household goods with care and marked every item with detailed efficiency.
