Best time, and Best service! I went to Graton Casino with a First Class Charter bus recently, and I had a great time. To start off, the drivers were very friendly and the bus was very clean. The sanitation was one of the many good things about the bus especially because I went during Covid-19. On the way back was also very smooth and there were no troubles. I had the best time and will definitely will be coming again.

Amazing Service! I took a First Class Charter bus to the Graton Casino. The bus service itself was very clean and the drivers were very friendly. This bus service handled the social distancing for Covid-19 very well. I saw that the driver had hand sanitizer and extra masks for people who had not brought one or had forgot. From just a phone call I got all the information of where to go, and what time I should be there. The bus looked very clean from the outside and inside. Sanitization was one of the many good things about the bus. The drivers were also very friendly and welcoming. Once we reached the Casino we were dropped off. Once I wanted to board the bus I waited at the lobby, soon enough the bus showed up and everyone boarded the bus again and we were dropped off at the pickup location. Overall, this company took the Covid-19 restrictions seriously so that it would be safe for everyone on the bus. Definitely will be coming again! Helpful Info: - Try to remember the bus number of the bus you took to the Casino so you don't get mixed up with other buses (because all the buses look the same) - Go to the Bus lobby at the casino a few minutes earlier so you can catch your bus and find your same seat if you left anything in the bus. The bus driver on your bus with plate no. EPO6343 almost hit us by freeway 880. We are ahead of him and merging on the same lane with my left signal on but instead of slowing down, he speed up more and didn’t give way that cause us to almost hit him. He is a crazy driver and shouldn’t drive on the street.

As you can see from the previous post that this company is dangerous. I was on 101 N near Petaluma. I was in the fast lane and the bed was next to me, I was an equal distance between the front and back of the bus when the bus starts merging into me. I’m honking me horn and he’s pushing me farther and farther off the road. I slammed on my breaks and barely made it back in the lane. When I pulled up to the driver he laughed at me. This guy is responsible for 50 lives! I called the company and all I got was excuses. No apology because I quote ‘do you know how many of these calls we get a day? Sure call the CHP, they’ll laugh in your face.’ This is an awful company all around.
