With help from family I have copied a hand written note for this. I am sorry to the owner of NEMT 1st class transportation company but I would like to submit a complaint that I hope will be resolved peacefully.As of today I have yet again gotten a new driver and new passengers and I really don't like it. With all due respect I want my driver back which is Josh by the way. I don't like to keep on getting all of these new and permanent drivers all of the time. It is confusing,not fair and it is not right at all. As owner of a transportation company, it is your job to care for your passengers needs and wants. If someone is not comfortable, than it is your job or part of it to help make that person comfortable and to feel better. Josh the driver makes me happy everyday and he makes and keeps me comfortable all of the time. For example another passenger that he gets goes to my B O T perris day care and that keeps and makes me happy. I am sorry, but I refuse to ride along with others that I do not know and that make me not comfortable. I am writing this to you as nicely as I can because I am a very nice person but if you will not give me my driver back, than I will let I R C know what is going on and that I will not want to ride with your company any more. Josh had told me that someone else will be picking me up and dropping me off back at home but there was nothing said that I will get a new permanent driver. Me and Josh are like brothers, we have a great connection and by you doing what you did, you are damaging that connection. This really hurts my feelings and my family as well because they also know what is going on. I hope that you find it in your heart and ask the Lord to forgive you because what you are doing is not cool at all. Now I do understand that if Josh is doing someone elses route, taking some time off for vacation, or is sick or something, but just taking someone away is not right. I am very sad and hurt that you would do this to me. If again if the above in this note are the case, me having a temporary driver is okay, but I will not accept being taken away from Josh. He is not only my friend and if you mess with him, you mess with my family and you mess with me and you do not want to do that. It is not a threat, it is a promise. So in closing, I am typing this with the help of my family right now and we including myself immidiately order you to fix your error that you have made and make things normal again. As I write this I am sitting outside my day program an hour before it opens on the cold ground. I've been transported here like this daily for the past month or so because it fits into their schedule even though my program does not open up until an hour after I get here. Felicia the owner believes it is perfectly acceptable to leave a person with anxiety and epilepsy who attends a day program for disabled adults simply because that person is "high functioning". This started when I was actually being dropped off half an hour late each day , When the issue of not getting me here within a reasonable period was attempted to be resolved; she threatened to stop service without notice the next day, because I was unhappy with the service. This would have left me with no transportation to my program until new transportation could be arranged by the IRC ( Inland Regional Center). Needless to say the IRC found alternative transportation for me which starts tomorrow which is why I am posting this now instead of weeks ago... the owner cannot retaliate against me. My driver himself was great but I cannot recommend the service because of the management of the company and their lack of respect towards their disabled consumers.
