ZERO STARS IS MORE APPROPRIATE!!!! I shipped my car with this company and they subcontracted with a carrier who damaged my car! I have before and after pictures including my UNDAMAGED car on THEIR RIG...with no damage and then with damage after. When I called to report the damage they gave me carriers insurance info. When I called I was informed that that carrier ONLY HAD LIABILITY INSURANCE WITH THEM!! 1 FLAT RATE GUARANTEED 💯 % coverage on my car if anything was to happen. When I sent them the email from the insurance company, JULIUS who is the person I have been talking to and who I kept having to chase after... stated that the COMPANY DENIED DAMAGING MY CAR AND THERE IS NOTHING HE CAN DO!!!!! The company they used is VEX EXPRESS LLC. Their USDOT NUMBER IS 3442795, the drivers name is YOANKY. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR VEHICLE DAMAGED WITH NO RESPONSIBILITY ON THEIR PART! I HAVE WASTED TIME AND $$$ dealing with them and it’s now in the process of litigation! I will try to post pictures if the site allows me to download. I’m sounding the alarm by writing this review because I don’t want anyone else to go through what I’m going through with this company! The fact that they absolve themselves from their responsibility is beyond me and that’s why I sought litigation so this NEVER HAPPENS TO ANYONE ELSE AGAIN!!! I reiterate... USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK ⚠️!!!

I'll never use this company again. It's been a nightmare dealing with these people. Whoever Chewy is needs to be fired. I was told my tow would be $250 for basically a vehicle trade with another gentlemen. I asked multiple times if that's the correct quote and multiple times I was told yes that's correct. I was told my vehicle would picked up saturday and they'd call and confirm that morning. I get a call friday night stating that my tow job would now be $600 and that they couldn't do it Saturday and that it would have to be monday for pickup and tuesday for drop off. I was told the price increased because one of the vehicles didn't run. When I asked why would that would increase the price by $350 he said no it's an extra 100 and that's its 250 per car. Not once did he say per vehicle when I agreed to the pricing and date. I asked multiple times if that 250 was the correct price for the job and was told yes. So after all that I said I'd call back after I figure some stuff out. I call back and I'm then told they cant do it till Tuesday. When asked what time my car would be dropped off to the new owner I was told 10 am tuesday. Well Tuesday at 9 am my car was still in my front yard and still had 3hrs to get to the other guys house. So I call the company they proceed to tell me that they picked up my car on monday the day before while somehow its till in my front yard. The lady on the phone put me on hold so she could get into contact with the driver. She gets ahold of him and put us on a three way call. They had the guys number who was receiving my vehicle as the tow truck driver number. They gave me wrong quotes, dates, times, and didn't even know where my vehicle was. If I could give yall a 0 star rating I would.
