I used this First Responders in 2017 and had a great experience so I wanted to give them my business again but felt like I had to beg for it. They did not return phone calls and it took several weeks and countless voicemails to get the move booked. We originally booked two trucks with five people. Somewhere along the line they changed it to one truck with three people. We discovered this on moving day. Again, I could not get up with the company to do anything about it. The workers showed up in a rented truck with not enough furniture wrap and had to make two trips to get everything so it turned into about a 14 hour day. Never a call back from the company. No issue with the actual workers. They worked hard and were professional and courteous. It is a shame the management and customer service is so poor.

Giving this a one-star but willing to update once the issue is resolved. Our move was at the end of December. The legs to the dining room table were broken during the move and despite filing the claim in plenty of time and be assured that replacement would be taken care of, we have not received any updates or work done. The company has been unresponsive since mid-January...they won't respond to emails, phone calls, voicemails, texts, or social media messages. The two young men who did the move were very nice and apologetic about the damage. We understand mistakes happen...but we're now coming to almost two months of the dining room table just sitting upside down in that room and with two kids and a dog it's become annoying and disruptive.

All of the above. Very pleased how Jacob handled multi location service. He and his crew Javon and Chris were hard working, fast and efficient. Displayed great teamwork Very professional, friendly and cared about my belongings. Definitely will recommend these guys and if I have to move again, First Responders will be my first choice. Planning not to move again, but they eased the pain of moving. Thank you!

Jacob and Melvin were professional, hardworking, patient, kind, and have a servant heart way of working which is needed when working with the public. They emptied out the 16’ rental truck in the two hours and treated every item with tender care. Which I truly appreciate because this is my first move without my husband who died last June and I’m moving back to my hometown where he and I met 29 years ago and we moved from 17 years ago. Courtney made it easy to setup the appointment to book the reservation and Jacob and Melvin unloaded the truck in record time! I wish we had them up in Garland, TX to load the truck. I highly recommend First Responders Moving for your moving needs because they really do take out the stress of moving. Thank y’all!
