9/26/2016 4:03pm west bound I-60 in the city of montebello. Was merging on to the fwy 60-60mph had to speed up to 75 but had nowhere to go because truck #039 sped up and eliminated my opening to merge, leaving no choice but to ride the shoulder. Had no choice but to ride the shoulder till truck #039 passed. Once on the fwy I merged all the way over to the fast lane and was able to get the information off the truck. When my passenger was taking a photo of the truck information the driver had her phone in her hand trying to take pictures of us. The driver took her eyes off the road and had her phone in her hand.... arent they suppose to be hands free? Very dangerous driver and very upset because I had my wife and 3 year old in the car. Then try to call the company to report and was unable to speak to anyone. Think twice before you hire these back yard people to handle your cargo. I have pictures of this driver not paying attention to the road.

Very Unprofessional Broker who has no sense of talking respectfully, and also will charge you even if you are sitting outside of a location waiting to check in.

Got a load from them and never got a call or anything. I had to keep calling to check on the load and they said its gone. Bad business all it would took was a phone call
