We used Five Star Transportation to bring guests to and from our wedding in Rancho Santa Fe and they were incredible to work with. The staff was very helpful throughout the planning process, quick to respond and make any requested changes, and put me at ease from start to finish. The drivers were professional and courteous across the board. We would highly recommend for any wedding or event in the San Diego area.

What an absolutely incredible group. I had the pleasure of working with quite a few individuals from Five Star throughout planning, and orchestrating a rehearsal dinner and wedding and every single one went above and beyond their role. Alana and several other members of the staff spent tons of time on the phone helping me update small details last second. Jack and Don drove to our extremely remote AirBnb in large buses (and Jack and I had an amazing chat - his positivity shines so bright). Ricardo & Arturo both arrived quite early to make sure everything went smoothly for the wedding pickups. No amount of praise and no comment will capture how truly grateful I am to have selected Five Star. Seriously - what an amazing group!

Very friendly and knowledgeable of transportation in the area. Had to change schedule, not an issue. Their system tried to double charge. Notified them and fixed right away. Driver (Jay), really courteous and knowledgeable of issues in area. Not a problem to load items, (including wheelchair), not a problem. Would highly recommend their service.

My husband, one yr, and I were traveling across country and had to book a car service last minute (while we’re at the airport). We found out our vehicle wasn’t big enough for all eight of our large check ins, pack n play, crib, car seat, and four carry on’s. I’d give this service and Michael a 10/5! Hands down everything was seamless! From booking over the phone last minute in the nursing room with a crying baby to confirmation email, pick up, car ride. Everything was smooth, instant, and easy! Super straight forward! And the vehicle was nice, comfy, and clean! And Michael was such a wonderful, friendly, helpful, and warm driver! I would definitely use them again! Definitely a business to bookmark! They drove us from the SD airport to Chula Vista!
