Just moved into this location yesterday. Had a 10:30 appointment and Gina was able to help me immediately even though I showed up a little early. Got all the paperwork done very quickly and I got moved in easily. In addition to Gina, would also like to thank Pam, who was extremely friendly when I stopped in a couple days before renting.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I regret ever even coming in contact with this business. After losing my job and having to relocate to a smaller apartment, a friend suggested I use this storage facility. Pam assisted me from the beginning, and at first she seemed okay. But I realized how awful she and the rest of the staff are. My unit was broken into and all of my things were STOLEN. And they destroyed what was left. Pam refused to assist me, and nobody cares. I filed a police report, she said she filed an incident report but of course because no one cares, no one has followed up. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! You can’t trust these people, they do not have your best interest; nor will they protect your belongings. I regret it so bad, I wish I could reverse time and never rent here.

Been renting here for a few months now. I was initially pleased with the location but that quickly eroded. My unit is on the 2nd floor and the elevator hasn't been working for 4 months. I had to empty an SUV full of stuff and walk everything upstairs. Then after being late on ONE payment, they put a lien on my storage unit. That's a bit cutthroat don't you think? Most of the clientele looks suspicious and the inside hallways are usually filthy with debris. Stay away from this place--you get what you pay for.

From start to finish easy process. Very clean facility and great customer service from the staff. It made moving that much easier. Easy access to highways and centrally located. Very recommended storage facility.
