Terrible service, did everything to make them look good in front of the customer, been waiting hours at the pickup, been promised a detention and suddenly 1 broker blocked our number and the other guy is not picking up the phone. SKIP THESE GUYS, AWFUL TREATMENT!

I have used Flo trans a few times to ship for my company. The first time, all was well, but after that every time was an issue or excuse. We decided after a few bad experiences to give them another try. We should have trusted our guts, and avoided using them again. We understand things happen, but it's the way in which situations are handled- or not handled. In the last two days, the driver never showed up and no call was made; we called and were informed they had no driver in the area yesterday so they couldn't pick up. We were assured they would pick up today. Today when time was getting late, we called and were told the driver's truck broke down and no one else can come pick up. Again, no call was made. We had to chase up, and if we didn't we would still be here waiting. Needless to say, I cancelled the order with them and booked with another carrier. Unprofessional and unreliable- DO NOT USE !!!

Great service! Nothing bad to say. We use them for our drayage in the Chicagoland area. They're always on time and they take care you properly! Denise makes sure you are always accounted for and makes sure all your questions/concerns are met in a timely manner.

Devin Howard is so disrespectful, He is one of the brokers who talk badly to carriers. I will not used this company anymore because of how Devin Howard talked to people , do not use this company ever again. I hope they go out of business
