Angela Marin, in Florida, she gave me a full and understandable explanation of the whole transport process. In Puerto Rico Ms Juana Sandoval was also very knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk too. I had some questions and she called back immediately. Excellent company with excellent associates. Good work. My car got home safely.

From the time I called for information to the drop-off at my home (from Puerto Rico), all the staff have been exceptionally customer service driven. I worked in person with the reps in PR and they were also very helpful in getting the car shipped. I received almost instant responses and calls to follow up and make sure that they were meeting my expectations and that the service promised was being delivered.
