Worthless. Horrible experience. Don't even deserve one star. The delivery and install was for an over the counter microwave. They did not bring a step ladder. They did not use the new bracket template to mark where the holes should be for the new Mounting bracket but tried to reuse the old microwaves mounting bracket and the same hole for the power cord. Then told me it would not fit. I had to ask if they would measure the spot using the provided templates and they said no we don't need to use those. I never saw a tape measure, ruler or level appear. They said I would have to have my cabinets custom cut to get it to fit. We were able to install it ourselves after using the templates provided and putting the mounting bracket in the right spot. They also took the box my new microwave came in along with owners manual. They just couldn't be bothered with actually thinking how to install it correctly when they were here. Literally no thought put in on the project. You need to train your people or get new people that actually can do the job. I left a message that I wanted to speak to a manager but never got a call back. The lady who scheduled the delivery and install was good.

We have been trying to get a microwave from Home Depot delivered for three weeks. This delivery company is pathetic. There have made 4 attempts to deliver of which none of the dates and times happened. We'd wait for the delivery that would not happen even though "we were only 2 deliveries away". Then they delivered to the wrong address and it was damaged. Then they were to deliver on a Wednesday but got no call and then called on Friday out of the blue at 8 AM and said they were 15 minutes away. We are in a motorhome and left on Thursday as we had told them our schedule. Now they are suppose to deliver next week at our new location. Some how I don't think so. The motorhome company that ordered this appliance to replace one that broke for us has literally spent 4 hours on the phone trying to get it delivered . Oh, one more thing. The last time the delivery was suppose to come, they were supposed to pick up the damaged one. The delivery guy said they can't pick up. Now we have multiple broken units in our motorhome. Why in the world would Home Depot use this company?

Much like the rest of the reviews, they're terrible. First they bring me a fridge that they know is damage and try to get me to take it on a reduced price. They then set me up for redeliver a week later on a new fridge and don't even show up or give me a call. That was on a Thursday, they then can't deliver again until Monday because they expect me to wait around all day Saturday for them to try and deliver again. Garbage company with terrible work ethic.

Excellent service. Company called a day ahead to let me know when they we coming and the next day when they were on the way. Installers we extremely nice and set up three appliances and tested them before they left. Excellent customer service

In disbelief this company is still in business - unreliable, unprofessional & do not have the decency to call when they are late or are not able to deliver. Home Depot should not be doing business with them and I will no longer be using Home Depot for appliance purchases based on their delivery partnerships.
